Paul, the Roman Jew, was called by the Lord even when he was in his mother’s womb. He was one of those in the history of Old Testament Israel, who by the grace of God was elected and chosen to be born at that particular time for special purposes. The grace of God eventually overwhelmed on the road to Damascus. Jesus revealed Himself to him. He conversed with him. He gave him salvation. He graced him with a special call. It would include a total revelation to him over a period of three years, of the gospel of the grace of God that appeared to men, Gentiles in particular, bringing salvation A Light to lighten the Gentiles. No one else had ever received such knowledge. We can understand th revelation if we read it throughout his epistles. Those epistles reveal the gospel that none other do – not even any through Matthew or the other three, nor thorugh any others including those by Luke, Peter, James or John. It is no wonder Paul instructed, ‘You must follow me as I follow Christ’. Are we doing such?#Christian #BibleStudy #IreneBonneyFaulkes #Truth #wordofgod #HolySpirit #Quotes
