It was rather a large number. It surely includes us today. I think we all have or have had the idea that Jesus was speaking only to at that time eleven apostles.
It comes as a surprise to know that there were far more than that number. Just who were they? There are lists available from old manuscripts that even name most of them. Surely that is a thrill to have displayed before our eyes and for our ears to hear and absorb. There were one hundred and twenty there listening to Jesus. We know this included the eleven apostles, Mary the mother of Jesus and others. But who else?
