MYTHS, FABLES, ORAL TRADITONS

Jesus said to the Bible Scholars and Pharisees who were from Jerusalem: ‘You do wrong when it is the commandment of God. You follow your traditions instead’. The Old Testament says: ‘In vain, they worshp Me. and their teachings are rules made up by people’. ‘If a blind person leads a blind person, both of then will fall into a ditch’ Jesus told them: ‘The things that come out of the mouth come from the mind and they pollute a person’. Out of the mind come evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, porneia, etc’. Porneia refers to acts condemned in the Law of Moses. His writings are in the Pentateuch and not in any other part of another kind of Bible. Paul mentions ‘ritual uncleanness’. Moses said: ‘You must not do the deeds of Canaan”. These included incest sex with relatives, sex with animals child offerings to Molech, male homosexual acts. Male prostitution was part of their worship of the goddess Asherah. (An Indian Pastor told me it occurred there). Cult prostitution and eunuchs castrating thenselves (and thereafter dressing themselves as women) Deuteronomy 22:5) – both were part of the worship of the Canaanite goddess Astarte. Yes, in the world today there are many people who perform all of the above or some of it. They follow the myths and fables of different religions. We do not condemn them. We point out what God says. The Pharisees and Scholars followed oral traditions that were written down much later. Such are pursued today by the same kind of people. They follow the same mysticism that is shown in different writings.#Christian #BibleStudy #IreneBonneyFaulkes #Truth #wordofgod #HolySpirit #Quotes
