PROPHETIC HEALING GIFT OF MIRACLES POWER AND SALVATION

The apostle Paul sets out the way assemblies today should be gathered together before the Lord. It is found in 1 Corinthians 12-14. Therein we find the nine gifts of the Holy Ghost encouraged for believers. . Two of them in particular, provide healings and miracles of the bodies of the saints – and of the unsaved. They are the gifts of healings instantly and miracles. The gift of faith could be included. We are meant to zealously desire these gifts to be occurring in our assemblies. This includes every one of us who is filled with the Holy Ghost and filled continuously. We are to press in to be used often to manifest these gifts. They do not belong to the four ministry gifts of Christ alone, these being Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist and Pastor-Teacher. Any member of the body of Christ can covet and be used in sush. This would be in subjection in meetings to those spiritually in charge of a meeting. We all are to be zealous in seeking for the operations of the Holy Spirit. It is the will and desire of the Lord for us. We are “T o always be fervent” in an on-going prayer for manifestation of such gifts when we meet and even in our own homes and in other places outside of the places of meeting. “Now with boiling fervor and affection, be habitually welling-up and zealous in regard to the things of the spjirit: 1 Corinthians 14:1 JMNT translation; or “Follow after love and earnestly desire spiritual gifts but especially that you may propophesy”. WEB. “Strive for the greater gifts”, 1 Cor. 12:31 20cNT; Then 1 Cor.13:1 “Moreover, I am indeed showing you an excessiely extreme pathway. If I would speak with the supernaturally given languages of people and of Messengers (Angels) but not have love, I would be but a bit of metal that makes a noise or a clanging cymbal…… 13:12 “But then we will look face to face”; 14:1 “Chase after llove, strive after spiritual gifts and strive especially to prophesy”. Source translation N.B. Prophecy is not necessarily concerning the future but rather a supernaturally given word or message in one’s own language to the believers, as 14:3 states “But the one who prophecies speaks to people for their strengthening, encouragement and consolation”, Net translation.#BibleStudy #Jews #Christian #IreneBonneyFaulkes #Truth #Teaching #wordofgod
